Jon focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, representing injury victims in matters including:

Jon is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

A graduate of George Washington University (1998) and Syracuse University College of Law (2001), Jon has successfully litigated a wide variety of matters throughout this career. While his passion is representing personal injury victims, he has also broad experience representing individuals, school districts and businesses in civil rights, employment, and discrimination matters before administrative agencies, state court and federal court. Jon has argued issues of first impression before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has successfully handled many complex litigation matters, including matters involving wrongful death, student assault, and sexual assault.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jon is proud to have called Bucks County his home for over 20 years. He is active with the Bucks County Bar Association and serves as an Arbitrator in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. He is also active in coaching youth sports in Bucks County. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active by playing golf, basketball, and tennis.
