Emily Pittenger

Emily’s focus is on personal injury litigation, representing injured victims in matters including:

Emily graduated from the University of Richmond in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in art history. During her time in college, Emily participated in her university’s dance company and theater program where she was a member of Alpha Psi Omega Theater Honors Society.  While Emily was on an art trajectory in college, she decided to pursue a career in law during her junior year.

Emily earned her J.D. from Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University in 2019. During her time at Villanova, Emily was active in her school’s Pro Bono Society and served on the student board. This opportunity allowed Emily to volunteer with organizations such as the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, Wills for Heroes, and Face-to-Face legal clinic. During her last year of law school, Emily worked as a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.

After graduating law school, Emily joined a Chester County firm where she practiced personal injury and criminal defense for three years. She joined Hoffman Sternberg Karpf and Lynch in June 2023.

Emily is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (2020 onward) and Montgomery County Bar Association (2023 onward). She still volunteers at Face-to-Face participating in their meal prep and service program. Emily enjoys visiting Philadelphia’s museums, exploring national parks, and touring historic homes.
