Robin Feeney

Robin has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1992 and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Feeney has also been admitted to practice in various Courts outside of Pennsylvania and across the country Pro Hac Vice. She has tried cases to verdict in state and federal Courts and has successfully appealed matters to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.

Robin focuses her practice on civil litigation, always representing the injured party, many of whom have suffered debilitating and sometimes catastrophic injuries from incidents involving:

  • Tractor Trailer Accidents;
  • Construction Accidents;
  • Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Slips/trips and falls; and
  • Defective products

Mrs. Feeney was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, PA and moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University where she earned a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering Sciences.While completing her 5-year co-op at Drexel, she had the opportunity to work for Mobil Oil, Arco Chemical and The University of Pennsylvania’s Physical Plant. Mrs. Feeney went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1992.  During that time, she served as a student Law Clerk to the Hon. Richard Powers, a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. After Law School, Mrs. Feeney worked as a litigator in a Philadelphia firm focusing her practice on Worker’s Compensation, Race, Age and Gender Discrimination and Medical Malpractice claims. In 1999, with the birth of her third child, she left her firm to work for other lawyers while raising her 4 children. In 2007, Mrs. Feeney returned to full time litigation practice with a busy Center City law firm where she concentrated on high value personal injury matters, securing multiple million-dollar awards and settlements.

Robin is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She has served as president of the Wyncote Elementary PTO, the St. Luke’s Home and School Board and has coached CYO girls’ softball. Mrs. Feeney enjoys traveling, snowboarding and gardening.
